CITIC CENSA, since its beginning, has developed its work under the supervision its own Quality Control Team, following the statements successive Quality Assurance Manuals.
CITIC Censa’s NDT personnel are qualified and certified as Level II in the non-destructive testing methods: UT, MT and PT, in accordance with ASNT.
Currently, one of CITIC Censa’s technicians is preparing for certification as Level III.
For destructive testing, as well as chemical and metallographic analysis, etc., local partners and independent laboratory are required purposes .
CITIC CENSA is founder and member of AIMEN (Association Research Metallurgical Northwest) since its foundation in 1967.
In 1979 CITIC CENSA obtained a certificate of authorization to use the "U" stamp of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Certificate is still held today.
CITIC CENSA gives preferential importance to the strict compliance with the quality requirements in order to meet the most stringent international codes and customer's specifications.
In addition to their acquired experience in QC, CITIC Censa's personnel have undergone specialized training to provide knowledge of the new development in equipment design requirements, enabling material and fabrication QA programs to be prepared as management tools.
